Directions to the seminar are listed as “From East, West…” I am staying at Executive Plaza, 405 North Road, Coquitlam, BC. From which directions should I be using? I have never been to Canada. Thanks guys

Eric - I hadn’t received any payment info from you yet. I only sent out the location info and ride info to people who have registered. I assume you will be paying at the seminar. Send me an e-mail at strengthcoach@shaw.ca and I’ll forward the info package.
