Interesting to see that they don’t spend too much time in pure max strength phases alone because of their belief of the negative impact this can have on power and elastic qualities. Instead preferring to cycle in and out as well as changing the duration of phases.

No, not anymore. Gregorio trains with Chris Tomlinson (LJ: 8.27m). Both have Peter Stanley as their coach.
