At my school we have about a 50 row stadium. I was wondering if it is good to run up this skipping a step while you run and what would be a good number too do. Also how many times a week. Currently I do 13 a day and was wondering if this was overtraining. thanks
Why run stadiums?
In my opinion, there’s a lot of other things you could be doing to train for football…You’re training the wrong energy system.
Sprint,Sprint, and sprint some more. (Not only linear, but non-linear as well)
