each of my 200m races over the last few weeks has been quicker than the last. a couple of them (especially todays) were into a pretty stiff wind, too. I would guess that I would be in about 25.3/4s form for a neutral wind at the moment. the main thing is that I’m running without pain again, so I’m happy about that…
