Synopsys:
Writer-directors Larry and Andy Wachowski recruited nine Japanese and Korean animators to create stand-alone stories based on The Matrix, yet drawn in the celebrated anime style (sharper facial features, techno music and lots more violence). The brothers jotted down a few ideas, but gave their directors free rein to be inventive.
World Record:
Through an incredible combination of will power and physical strength, DAN, a world-record-holding sprinter, breaks out of the Matrix and gets an all-too-brief glimpse of the real world beyond.
For those who don’t know, the director is a pretty heavy duty animator in Japan producing brilliant work.
