No Excuses Basement Tempo BASIC-INTERMEDIATE
Like the title says “no excuses!”. You don’t need an indoor facility or fancy equipment in order to fulfill the tempo requirements of your training.
Charlie takes Angela (former national level 100m hurdler) through a full training session including warmup and main exercises. All movements are well detailed and Angela asks very good questions prompting thorough explanations all throughout the session. She also provides information about many of the exercises from her past experiences as an elite athlete.
If you ever worry about what to do when the weather is bad (like I used to) then this video is for you. The entire session really can be done in your basement, dorm room, hotel room, etc (about a 10x10 foot space is all that’s needed). I have only seen the basic-intermediate video but I will definitely check out the more advanced installments. I enjoy learning good workout options that can keep us out of the bad weather!
