Reverse-hyper exercises

Should reverse hypers be done with momentum (as in this video) or should it be done in a slow and controlled movement???

Either is logical. If you don’t have the specific machine you’ll definitely want to do them controlled.

I’m not sure how much work is being done exactly here. The amplitude increases once the weight gets swinging. With the manually controlled reps, I advise that the resistance never go off totally at the lowest point to prevent a ‘crack the whip’ motion where the back goes from unloaded to loaded.
