yep and app state is the hatch system. his summer running program seems old school, i would call it a l-s.
After I pulled it, I was thinking I would be back within 3 weeks of complete rest.
In fact, 3 weeks is too short and complete rest is used for healing bones and sometimes joints, but muscles need blood flow to heal.
After I pulled my adductor I did my upper body lifting routine as planned (a bit painful to go down and come up from the bench…), the adrenaline rush from the injury made me lift more than usual, too. That was for a psychological reason: tell yourself and your body that the injury won’t stop you.
Two days later I was already training my lower body (in the non-painful exercises and ROM).
