hello. I have a question regarding what food/fluid to take between races on a competion day. I have 4 races saturday, the following:
11.20 AM: 200m heats
2.25 PM: 60m heats
4.20 PM: 60m final
5.35 PM: 200m final
that’s alot so i have to recover well during these races, but I have no idea what to take in… im really a dummie when it comes to nutrition. any help would be greatly appreciated!
