Thristan Thomas is looking technically good and definitely should run sub 45.5 if he stays healthy.

Bola Lawal ran yesterday 10.29ET and absolutely kicked A.R.S.

Is this the fastest 100m time in AUS this season?

This was his very first official 100m ET race ever. I have seen the race and think that B.L. has potential to run 10.00-10.10. Will be interesting to see how his performances pan out this season.

Hi Sevastocrator

Interesting news on Lawal. That is the fastest time this summer season (ie: since October).

Where did Lawal run the 10.29 & was there a wind reading?

And what did Rouge-Serrett run?

Fastest 100m in Sydney yesterday was 10.49 by Keith Sheehy with a 3.1 tail wind.

Interestingly Lawal was beaten in the backmarkers at the Bay Sheffield (28/12/08) by Josh Ross. And Lawal had 1.75m start on Ross. Lawal appeared to ease off due to a lower leg injury just before the line.

Obviously he’s 100% recovered!

Youngy

He ran in Coburg at a local meet. Not sure about the wind. Going by own judgment there was very little wind or no wind at all. Nice day though.

ARS apparently ran 10.50+ [not sure what was his time]. I have heard that Lawal had some problems but he looked real good. Good start, drive and acceleration. Being a 400m runner obviously his finish was strong too. I think he will make further improvement if he stays healthy and injury free as well as committed to his training.

I thought Adam Miller had retired and was working in a bottle shop.Good to see him running again.

Here it is. Just got it off ATE website.

P.S. One of the guys said that they had a slight 0.7 tail wind.

Well done to Tristan for a sub46s run - there must be about 6-8 guys sub 46s, or close to. great depth. Who will be the man this year?

The 200m races seem slow in comparison to the 100m times. Ross back. Quite quick times over the 100
