Rate my DE work for BASKETBALL

Week 1-3 Jump Squats
Week 4-6 Speed Deads
Week 7-9 Speed Squats

What u think ?
i was thinking maybe low box squats instead of speed squats…

Throw in some sprints, a little bit of tempo and you should be on your way. Basketball requires alot of general endurance so be sure to include tempo.

basketball is very reactive and dynamic in nature, it develops the rate end of the spectrum just by doing it. your focus in the weight room should b on limit strength, this will garner the biggest improvements.
