Raising testosterone naturally?

Chrysin? They still sell that junk? Chrysin can’t even make it from your GI tract into your blood. If it can’t get into your blood then it certainly can not prevent the conversion of testosterone into estrogen.

I would concentrate more on reducing neuroendocrine fatigue. There are more effective methods of controlling cortisol (phosphatidylserine, Acetyl-L-carnitine. vitamin c, zinc, glutamine, leucine, moderate to high fat intake, gingko etc.) than by using ineffective natural testosterone boosting supplements.

Plus, some research indicates that cortisol response to resistance training normalizes after about five weeks and that the testosterone: cortisol ratio is not adversely affected after long periods of resistance training. So really overtrained athletes will not even notice that much of a benefit from natural T-boosters with regards to overtraining induced cortisol release anyways.
