My question concerns multi-jumps circuits for both long and triple. As I understand it, you want a fast ground contact time for long jumpers with their circuit and a longer ground contact time for triple jump circuits. Below I have put down some exercises that I can think of for long and then triple. Please correct me if I am wrong and if I am missing some staples please let me know.
