I had a question about the GPP DVD. Would it be possible to use this program to get in shape for other sports? I wanted to train using stuff from the DVD but, I have an adventure race in May that consists of endurance events (6 mile run, 12 Mountain bike and a 2 mile kayak.) Is there anyway for me to alter the training program to suit my needs?
Right now I am doing Circut training M W F (with very light wieghts and 1 min runs in between the wieghts) and oly lifts on T and TH with some speed work as well. Any advice would be a huge help!
