Very sad that it is presented as a “secret lost technique”.
In the current world of bosu balls, shake weights, kettlebells and hot yoga, this is what happens when a simple drill is introduced to the dumbed-down public.
Having said that, when I go to a track meet and watch kids warming up with these drills, you can see that everyone is (as Charlie would say) “making a dog’s breakfast” of them and screwing them up beyond repair.
I also get baffled by the “bare foot brigade” as to WHY can’t they perform their drills and running technique practices in Joggers?
Often these Bare Footers say that even after changing to Bare Foot, most still don’t run correctly, and they need Drills to fix the issue.

And still - even with That knowledge, they cannot fathom that doing Drills and Proper running mechanics Can also be done in joggers.
