Project 2400m

I believe that the volume and 200s are the reason why I had more troubles finishing tue workout than thu workout…
Volume of gym work was very low, cant tell the exact tonage, because I only writen down RMs that day…
Clean 4sets x 2resp with 90kg
Bench 3sets of cluster method (5 reps with 10sec pause) with 90kg (man I suck :stuck_out_tongue: )
Parallel Squat build up to 2RM (180kg)

As you may know, Blegrade is constantly under rains and there is a threat from flood form Dunav and Sava, so basically last week I COULDNT run because of all that mud, rain and water :mad:

I just returned from tempo session of 4x4x100 with 60’’ and 120’’ pause. It felst strange.
Anyway, I am expecting some sunny day to continue with my “project”, but untill then I will runm when the wheather permits mainly using and playing with tempo…
