Does anyone here take pre-workout supplements before their training? If so what do you take, i’ve been thinking about power drive but i was wondering if there are other kinds.
I may be in the minority here, but I would say save your money. I think it’s better to invest on what you do AFTER your workouts then what you do right before your workouts. I would rather invest my money in things that will help me recover from a workout, rather than things that are supposed to get me jacked (for lack of a better term) for my workout. Of course, if you have tons of money burning a hole in your pocket, go ahead and try them out. I’ve just noticed a much bigger difference when I focus on recovery, and only a slight difference when I focus on getting “jacked” for my training.
