Pre-journal entry #1

I was just wondering what everyone here does in the off-season. Im a 200/400m runner and my season just ended a week ago and ill be starting regular training again mid september. I was thinking of doing yoga and then a stretching routine on top of that - going to massage/chiro/ART once every 2 weeks to work out some minor problems I was beginning to have at the end of the season.

I was also going to do some cross-training to stay in shape but not sure what to do yet. I was thinking pool running, body weight work (pushups, abs etc.) any thoughts on that or any other suggestions would be sweet and appreciated.
