'PowerLung'

Has or does anyone use(d) ‘PowerLung’ ?

Anyone?

Bump?

Three peer reviewed research articles say it works with elite athletes (via hypertonic rib muscles being forcefully expanded) and I would argue that their are other ways to do this without equipment. Shortened tonic muslces due affect VO2 max but I am just a dumb sprint coach…

How does it propose to work Clemson?
It’s like breathing under pressure isn’t it?

Is it a swimming specific tool?
What other methods might one consider?

It’s “dumbbells for the lungs” and it works via greater lung capacity and tidal volume. Just like the heart inproves through stroke volume, the lungs work in a similar way. Not to hype my site since you read it…I posted on this concept in the breathing section a month or two ago.

I’ll check it out again.
Thanks
