After a workout you will need a recovery drink (mix of protein and carbohydrate plus few extra aminoacids such as glutamine, creatine etc). For example look for Proglycosyn (snacsystem.com) which has all the above (fast acting) and refuels the body with the ingredients you only need.

Don’t forget, you need recovery after training and not a supplement which would stimulate the CNS.

Yea, I know I do use recovery drinks. But I used a mix of stimulants post-training(a few hours or more later) and had great effects.

Maybe you’d elaborate Prophet.

I’m not convinced that stmulants post workout will do anything other than impare the CNS further and only exacerbate and delay the body’s attempts at recovery, both physical and mental.
