Does anyone know Powell’s Training regime over these last 7 months looks like?
Does he train like the SMTC w/ more of an endurance background, or majority quality sessions? It’s hard to tell from watching his races. He shows great recovery from races, so his strength is probably pretty good, but his 200m PR his 20.06, w/ his old PR of 9.87 you would think he could run at least 19.85 especially w/ his tall frame.
Any thoughts?
