On the ‘side on’ slo-mo you expect to see whether it was, in fact, a no jump but unfortunately the shot moves to ‘front on’ a stride before the board. I’d never seen that jump before and always wondered whether he did actually touch the board. It’s still not clear but well done Mortac for finding that one. After the tournament, Carl mentioned that he thought he had jumped 9.19m!
