Athletes, coaches, and cf.com members I was wondering how you periodize your workouts. I hope to tie this thread in with another poll on speedwork per week for each of the four weeks so we can come with a general plan of how most of you train.

WOOPS. I messed up this poll it should read:
option 1: low to high volume: week 1-3 100% week 4… 95%
option 2. high to low volume: week 1 95% week 2/3 100% week 4 (95-100%)
Just pretend these corrections are already there.
