Plyo's in Competition Phase

Do you recommend doing plyo’s and if so how much volume in the competition phase - presently 10 days out from big meet.

Thanks - just trying to maybe give that extra edge - but I am also thinking that extra edge would come quicker prom recovery??

Well i thought that ben stopped doing plyos afer a while to save his knees but I could be wrong. I believe his other athletes kept doing them. I would keep a very low number of plyos as a maintenance phase to stay sharp. Very low reps. Dont do plyos the week of the meet. But if your running multiple meets through some in here and there.

I’d keep the plyos in and taper the numbers over the last 10 days with the last session 2 to 4 days out from the main competition.
