Plyometrics for wrestling

What plyometrics exercises would be beneficial for a wrestler?

I know very little about plyometrics and I have just started reading High Powered Plyometrics.



So for anyone intertested i have found the following drills listed in the book High Powered Plyometrics by Radcliffe & Farentinos, that I think are specifically useful for wrestling.

Trunk and upper body:

Shovel Toss
Floor Kip
Vertical Swing
Medicine ball chest pass
Sit-up throw
Overhead throw
Dro push

Lower body, legs and hips:

Box jump
Double leg butt kick
Knee tuck jump
Stride jumps
