Paula Radcliffe

2.15.26 - almost 2minutes inside the world record.

I’m not a great fan of endurance running but this girl has balls! The professionalism, the dedication, the discipline, the application, the commitment … things we can all take inspiration from.

Address to an article about Paula’s training:

I’m not a big fan of distance running but I’ve found Paula’s attitude inspiring for the last 10 years especially b 4 she actually started winning the big ones -
Today she seemed fresh 2 minutes after finishing , incredible .
I spoke to a bloke who’d had treatment from her physio once - very deep tissue apparently and very excruciating - he obviously knows his stuff tho , having done some major work recently to get her fit for todays record .

We’ve discussed this elsewhere, but I understand she does high/low training, as Auita and others recommend. (Comments Kit Kat?)

That’s not the physio by the name of zomm100 is it???

Agree with you on that Clemson … TG is the man.

AAAAAAaaaaaahahahahaha! That’s a good one. I think Tim Grover is the most irritating person in this field. Have you seen the articles on his website? He reccommends jogging, machine training, isolation exercises, and the conventional high-carb nutritional protocol (for basketball players!) among other laughable practices. Is it any surprise that he was nothing more than a health clubbie personal trainer before getting the LUCKY CHANCE to train michael jordan? What a joke… I knew more than him about athletic conditioning at 16.

i met paula last year and she is the nicest person you could meet.very approachable and down to earth.she must have a great team working with her.
