password request

I want to make a purchase but have forgotton my password and cannot find where I wrote it down. When I send in the request it gives me a password that doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated. Amos

Thank you for resetting the password but for some reason when I go into the checkout the password id not recognized. I reset the password so I could remember it and I can log in with the password but no go. Now what?
