I have recently read and researched Loren Cordain’s Paleo Diet Book.
The results look excellent and I was curious as to whether any other forum members have cut grains/dairy in their diet?
Also, what have your results been?
Cutting all breads and pastas appears pretty extreme when eating low GI carbs has been seen as a necessity in the majority of what is taught through the Canada Food Guide etc.
Any other discussions regarding athletic dietary needs are welcome.
