Organ Muscle Question

I’m going through CFTS again, and it says in the beginning preface, pg 5: “When you read the regeneration chapter you will realize that the great majority of athletes are still training and preforming with hard- spasmed muscle (organ and skeletal)”

So my question is, how do you know when your organ muscle (i.e heart?) is spasmed, and how do you go about fixing something like that which is so deep in the body out of reach from the human hand?

I’m assuming nutrition and rest is the only way you can address it, but that still leaves out the ability to not even know you have a problem in the first place since you can touch it.
