Order of stretches?

Is it beneficial to stretch in any particular order? like maybe from top to bottom, or work your way up from the foot or something else.

Generally, you work from top to botom (upper body stretches first)

Yoga opens up the hips before the hamstrings.

“Stretch to Win” has a version where they do the center out. Hip flexor, glutes, QL, lats, then expand.
