[LEFT]The IOC will soon be launching the bid process for the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games in 2014. As a first step, a letter was sent last week to all National Olympic Committees (NOCs) informing them of the procedure and documentation available for cities interested in bidding for the Games.
