Even tho im a coach myself i like still for someone with more knowldege than me to build my programs. Anyone know of a coach (discus, polevault) that does training programs thru internet, phone?
Yes I know of an awesome one with very good fees…you can send me a private message. He has worked with throwers and jumpers and and I can give him a call.
