Gonna start tomorrow, ive been lifting/ running xc for 2 months as my gpp. I was a 400m runner last year but it hink if i work on my speed more i can improve my 400m time therefore i will work on my 2nd event, 200m. Today - Sunday- i ate a lot and ran 6 miles ( 10 min break after 3 miles ) to get me pumping for tomorrow.
yesterday (10/25) i did :

each at about 90%. i forgot to wear a watch so i didnt get to record the time. i planned to rest 20 min between each run but i feel like that was kinda long i decreased it to 15min. after the run i went and played basketball cuz i saw my friends playing. so i didnt do my plyo and weight, ill do that today.
today (10/26)
gaaah curse the rain, its raining hard out there so i couldnt go run, il just stay in my house, and lift some weights. that will be it.
which brings this up…
when it rains , what do you guys do with ur workout for the day, do u run it the next day isntead or do u skip it.
