Oni's 05-06 Training Journal

Well it’s me guys and I am back. It’s been a while since I’ve been here but that does not mean I haven’t been training. My proudest achievement so far would be achieving 9% body fat, dropped from 15% in 3 months while keeping the same body weight : ). There are a lot of other stuff as well but i won’t bore you with it. Good luck everyone with your training! Lets rock this season up.

Monday 12/5/05

Not much detail today, just an hour of core workouts with some explosive jumps.

Drank some GROW! protein and popped in some vitamin C the minute i got home. I can feel that when i wake up tomorrow morning, there’s going to be some unpleasant soreness! I stopped taking ZMA however, mainly because i found out that’s the cause of my acne breakout =/.
