% of fats as PUFAs in the diet?

About what % of everyone’s fat intake is coming from polyunsaturates? I know this is a highly debatable subject so I’d like to see some people’s opinions here.

The consensus on the t-mag forums seems to be about 1:1:1 between poly/mono/sat.

Yeah, so I’ve seen and I think that’s mainly comign from what JB says. Seems very high though with the PUFAs, but he’s of course extremely knowlegeable. I just wanted to get some other opinions.
