I’m about 20 miles from NYC right now and the sun is out. Nice day.

I was going to say what the heck, 6 people under 10.3 in a B Race. Check out the wind though.

Gee whiz did the weather turn in a hurry. Stormy like crazy.

They just ran the steeplechase. Do you think it will clear up by 9pm?

Imagine the theme from “Jaws” playing in the background:

5 Sanjay Ayre JAM 45.79
6 Andrae Williams USA 46.30
7 John Steffensen AUS 46.99

Carter backed up from 100m B, although nothing great was expected from Steffensen will be interesting to see his reaction to it.

The Men’s 200m Dash is up next, followed by Women’s 100m Dash.

After watching Koech go 100% for the full 3000 steeple, even while winning by almost 30 seconds, I hope to God whoever wins bolt or gay doesnt shut it down with 10-20m left.

That’s the 40th fastest 3000SC of all time too.

Ya its become a habit of sprinters to shut down before the finish line for some reason, I understand doing it with so many rounds or especially in a 200, but a one race 100m with no injury or anything, why do it?

Nice, smart race by Spearmon considering the conditions and delay.

F’ing ESPN, don’t show the 100m tonight! Gotta show it tomorrow. ARGH!

Yeah they get you to watch two telecasts of commercials-b.s.

Womens 400m up next…getting close boys (and girls)…

This reminds me on the stock exchange. Refresh every couple of minutes checking my stocks before trading it
