Nutritional Info.

Where can i go to get a list of how much protein is in the foods i eat?

I know the easy thing to do would be to look at the label but some things such as eggs and cold cuts i eat do not have this available. Also when i am at school i usually eat on campus so there is no way for me to find out.
Any links you guys have to get this info?
To be honest all I really care about knwing is the protein.

Hey as long as it’s meat its gotta have some protein in it, right! I don’t eat cold cuts unless it is genuine deli-cut meat. U ever looked at the stuff they sell in grocery stores in packages? It’s pretty disgusting.

i hear you…
the reason i want this info is because im just trying to figure out how much protein i am getting in my diet so i know if i am supplementing too much or too little

This is the best I could find.
