I would like to lose some bodyfat and wondering which is the best way to do this.If I cut out carbs or reduce calories to much I seem to have no energy. Just wondering what has worked for other masters athletes.
Carb cycling with most carbs coming from fruit and vege. If you are like me adequate rest is imperative when I get tired I snack anything and everything
grooster, what has helped me quite a bit has been tempo pace runs with walking breaks over a mile to 1 1/2 miles. Also I have broken up my food portions over the day. Once you get your wt. to a desired level you can then start eating again like normal mortals but watch those portions.
