Nutrition advice for young sprinters

I am looking for some advice on good nutrition for young female sprinters (aged 14/15). I am currently reading sections of “Nutrition in Sport-- Ed. Ronald Maughan”.What i am interested in is pre/post training/competition meals eating between rounds etc… Any advice or books/websites would be most welcome.
