It’s interesting how many conflicting ideas are presented at these things. Everyone seems to think their way is the best.

Scientists think coaches are undereducated. Coaches think scientists need to get out of the lab and experience the real world of training. Actually, Incledon says, they need to work together more.

This is too true!

Agree, for instance Louie Simmons just went with what he thought works and 10 years later people understand why.

Disagree here - he has relied heavily on weightlifting ‘science and practice’ + many Eastern block books.

Stevemac24 is correct. I have had conversations with Louie in person and although he has many original ideas, he would be the first to tell you that much of his information comes from the former Soviet Union and other Eastern Block sources.

Ok if any of you went through the seminar overview the guy talked about cupping.
