I still want my bedtime protein but no calcium with ZMA. What are some good slow digesting protien powders I can take before bed?

Meat? I don’t think that the intracelular Ca2+ in the SR (if it still exists after many days post animal death) would be enough to cause concern. Just don’t eat it w/brocolli, I guess.
