Yea my legs are a bit thin. Nuthing much i can do about it though. My squat has gone up over 75 pounds since i started lifting legs but they havent gotten much biger nor have they made me the slightest bit fast. I however am jumping better though.
since ive been sprint training ive actually had my legs shrink(they got to around 31 in) and am seeing them get more and more like “sprinters” legs. My upper body still dwarfs my lower because of sprint training…
