Neural tension?

Does anybody have any knowledge of adverse neural tension? Clemson? Flash?

The reason I ask is that at the moment I have bilateral hamstring and achilles tightness, the left is worse, and I also have a tight left lower back.

The reason I am ?ing neural tightness is that if i stretch forward to touch my toes the tightness is released, slump nerve stretching/mobilising also seems to help.

I may have answered my own question! :slight_smile: I just want to know if im on the right track.
