Need help making a Plyometrics program

Hey. im a basketball player
Need help designing a plyos program to go with my strength training prgoram

I lift at high intensity on monday and wendesday if that matters.

sunday and friday and low intensity and olympic lifts days.

I need a plyos program, cuz i don’t feel i get much from the EASY basketball pracs we have.

How should i do it ?
