It is remarkable to consider the fact that the hiring personal are unable to decipher the technical know how of the applicant; but rather, only capable of making determinations based upon his/her social skills, appearance, credentials (what ever those mean) and what the hiring personnel may or may not have been told by fellow staff members or 3rd party individuals who ,due to the existing situation, may be entirely unreliable in their capacity to know right from left.
