This is a few years old, but still, “interesting.” There’s a link on that page that’ll take you to another article where they show his upper body template.

god, one would think that nba trainers at the very least have common sense. apparently not. i wonder what they teach at these “institutions” that most trainers went through
“Very few basketball players are able to do the power clean Harpring performs” lol. Looks like a frame of the worst power clean technique ever.
If you want a good laugh, go onto Youtube and do a search on a guy named Steve Hess. I think he works for Denver. Regardless, he’s hilarious. I don’t even know if he actually knows anything about training, but it’s quite a comedy show watching him talk about training. I bet half of you will piss your pants watching this guy rant on about the great training he is providing these players.
did carmello say he works as hard as anyone in any sport?
right before curling 25 total pounds and then pressing tens…
what?
Surely they confused that with some type of weird bent over row.
Football lifts…lol.
Absolutely true! Most of the SC coaches use as much weight as possible in the clean/snatch exercises and most of the players can’t do adequate movement with that weight…almost all of them do not do hip extension during the lift, and coaches are guilty for that…
Harping is just another one (and 195lbs with this technique is junk lift!)
