my weakness

after a year of sprint training (only from november Cf method) i undestand some thing.

i started whit 13.6 (100) 8.2 (60) 4.5 (30m) and now i’m at 12.5, 7.6. 4.1

my weakness are:
my abd is very very thigh, expecially the right one, and my hip flexor so.
i have a posture whit a lot of lordosis (i think), and a neck pain, i have a position like the second in the foto, the belly is put forward, and when i run i tend to put my neck rear. when i go on squat position i have thightness in abdomen, neck and anterior muscle of calf.
I think to stay in anterior tilt, I look like in the second man in the foto, but i want to stay sure of this. i must put my own foto?

other thing!
now i have a good fitness, and a good strenght, but my time is not improved.
now i’m trainng 6 x week, i try to eat good (i can do it, but no every day, i eat chocolate, or junkie food 2-3 x week). i try to stretch every morning.
now i want to know:
if i solve my problem of posture, and improve my power and power /weight ratio i Can improve my time?
