I used the the clips off of my video camera to make this training video. It is set to music and is pretty cool ( I think) It may be a little corny but I use it to motivate myself. Please take a look and tell me what you think. I have not finished the end part yet…so any of you with an eye for film making could give some advice on how to end it. Enjoy.
I thought it was pretty cool actually although I thought the squat to start was slightly out of place are you able to move that into the middle a bit? (that is just me opinion)
My numbers are nothing spectacular…although not bad for my area, age and amount of training.
Best sprint times in the 55 m and 100 m are 6.71 and 11.21 respectively.
Longjump: 22-3
Squat: 415
Bench: 245
VJ: 36
SLJ : 10’6
I wish my life would just allow me to put 8 weeks of consistent training together. It has been hit or miss. I have not put together anything consistent in the past two years. I’ll have 2 really good weeks followed by an interupted week, or no training at all…etc. My general fitness is actually very poor. I would like to see what I could do if I could put it all together. Eithier way its great to be 26 years old and still have a way to compete and push my abilities.
