I was just wondering what you thought of these times…basically I’ve been doing:
Warmup of 6x114m (don’t ask)…30secs per rep. no rest in between.
Walk 200m
6x114m…20 secs per rep…30 secs rest in between each rep.
12lbs medicine ball: 3 sets of a superset of 12 overhead throws 12 squat throws 12 chest throws (from the floor) with 30 secs rest in between each set (not in between each exercise)

Don’t ask abuot the arrangement of exercises…I have my reasons. Just wondering about the times for the 114m laps.
The same as my first set…I have a high work capacity for that kind of stuff from my powerlifting background. It’s not really a “set of 12” persay, if you want to put it in those terms its more a set of 36 since each exercise is 12 reps.
