My summer training

Hi!

I want to gain some anaerobic strenght and better mental attitude :slight_smile: So my plan is next:

3x/ week 10x100m (80% max)
3x/week Tempo (8x200m)
2x/week Gym (ddl, bench, squat 5x6)

What do you think?

Whats up with the 3x/ 10x100 @80% ? What are you trying to do there? Sounds like a 2nd tempo workout reduced from your 3x 8x200

Yes it is another tempo. Can you suggest me some good exercises for anaerobic strenght?
